Research is a way of life and a mindset. Building on our research backgrounds but also on our creativity, curiosity, and problem solving skills we always try to understand what doesn’t work and offer concrete, evidence-based knowledge about what works for increasing DE&I within organizations.

We partner with many different organizations in European consortia for the development of large European projects. We create evidence-based practice by developing research projects for exploring cutting-edge DE&I challenges. We use the same research and evidence-based mentality in all our projects with our client organizations.
