TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS

A growth mindset

There is something powerful in knowledge that shifts mindsets and changes behaviors!

Implementing DE&I requires meeting challenges and overcoming obstacles with determination, skill, tools, frameworks, and impact. We need to push ourselves beyond our comfort zone, tap into skills and strengths we do not know we had, and develop those that we need.

Through evidence-based training you can develop the knowledge and skills but also the courage, creativity, and perseverance you need for substantial and impactful DE&I change. You will be able to be proactive and take initiatives but also step up to a leadership role or take charge of a situation when others are hesitant. You will strengthen your resilience and resourcefulness and will use your strengths to achieve success.

We help you therefore to lead an ethical digital transformation in your organization by raising your knowledge regarding possible biases of AI in HR and ways to overcome them.

h. Becoming an empowered ally

We view allyship as a strategic mechanism used by individuals who fight injustice and promote equity in the workplace through supportive personal relationships and public acts of sponsorship and advocacy.
