10 Juli ReWork Project Final Transnational Meeting
Strategic Gathering in Athens Marks Project’s Final Phase
On July 9th, 2025, the Erasmus+ ReWork Project consortium convened for its final Transnational Project Meeting in Athens, Greece, hosted by project partner CEFI (Centre for Inclusion at Work). This pivotal gathering brought together representatives from all partner organisations to assess achievements, finalise deliverables, and coordinate the project’s successful conclusion.
Comprehensive Project Review and Assessment
As the ReWork Project approaches its final implementation phase, the Athens meeting served as a crucial checkpoint for evaluating the extensive work accomplished over the project’s lifecycle. The consortium conducted a thorough and systematic review of all work packages, examining each component’s progress, outcomes, and impact on the project’s overarching goals of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hybrid and remote work environments.
Work Package Analysis
Each work package underwent detailed scrutiny, with partners presenting their contributions, challenges overcome, and lessons learned. The review process encompassed:
- Deliverable Status Assessment – Verification of all completed outputs against original project specifications
- Quality Assurance Evaluation – Review of deliverable quality standards and peer feedback integration
- Impact Measurement – Analysis of preliminary impact data from pilot implementations
- Stakeholder Feedback Integration – Discussion of insights gathered from end-users and beneficiaries
Key Performance Indicators Review
The consortium meticulously evaluated progress against established KPIs, demonstrating strong performance across all measurement criteria. This data-driven assessment provided clear evidence of the project’s success in meeting its ambitious objectives while identifying areas for focused attention in the remaining project period.
Strategic Planning for Project Completion
With two months remaining until project closure, the Athens meeting was instrumental in developing a comprehensive action plan to ensure all remaining tasks are completed to the highest standard. The detailed roadmap addresses:
- Final Deliverable Completion Partners established clear timelines and responsibilities for finalising all pending outputs, with particular emphasis on quality assurance and cross-partner review processes.
- Dissemination Intensification : A coordinated dissemination strategy was developed to maximise project impact through targeted outreach to key stakeholder groups, including HR professionals, organisational leaders, and policy makers.
- Sustainability Planning Concrete measures were agreed upon to ensure the project’s outcomes continue to benefit organisations and workers beyond the funding period, including partnership agreements for ongoing resource maintenance and updates.
Major Achievements and Deliverables
The ReWork Project has successfully developed and deployed three groundbreaking resources that are transforming how organizations approach DEI in distributed work environments:
Comprehensive Toolkit for Organizations
- Revolutionary Resource for Inclusive Practices: The ReWork Toolkit represents a significant achievement in practical DEI implementation guidance. This comprehensive resource has been meticulously designed to serve both large corporations and SMEs, recognising the unique challenges each faces in creating inclusive hybrid and remote work environments.
- Multilingual Accessibility: While the English version is already complete and in use by early adopters, the consortium is finalising translations into French, Spanish, Greek, and German. This multilingual approach ensures that organisations across Europe can access and implement these vital resources in their native languages, removing language barriers to inclusive practice adoption.
- Free and Open Access: In line with the project’s commitment to widespread impact, all toolkit versions will be available free of charge through the project website, ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent organisations from accessing these transformative resources.
Face-to-Face Training Programme
- Proven Implementation Success: The in-person training programme has been successfully piloted in Greece, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants. The programme’s interactive methodology combines theoretical frameworks with practical exercises, enabling participants to immediately apply learning to their organisational contexts.
- Training Rollout: Following the successful Greek pilot, the training programme is being delivered across all participating countries—France, Spain, and Germany. Each national implementation has been carefully adapted to local contexts while maintaining core learning objectives, ensuring relevance and impact across diverse cultural and organisational settings.
E-Learning Training Platform
- Digital Learning Revolution Launched in June 2025, the ReWork e-learning platform represents a significant milestone in democratizing access to DEI education for hybrid and remote work contexts. The platform offers a comprehensive curriculum covering all aspects of inclusive practice in distributed work environments.
- Immediate Global Impact Since its launch, the platform has attracted learners from across Europe and beyond, demonstrating the urgent need for accessible, high-quality DEI training tailored to modern work arrangements. The self-paced format allows professionals to integrate learning into their busy schedules while immediately applying insights to their work contexts.
- Multilingual Learning Experience Available in five languages (English, French, Spanish, Greek, and German), the platform ensures that language is not a barrier to professional development in DEI practices. Each language version has been carefully localised to ensure cultural relevance while maintaining pedagogical consistency.
- Sustainable Access Model The platform is freely accessible at https://rework-project.eu/training/, with a sustainability model in place to ensure continued availability and regular content updates based on emerging research and user feedback.
Looking Ahead: Final Phase Priorities
As the ReWork Project enters its final two months, the consortium is focused on:
- Quality Assurance – Final review and refinement of all deliverables to ensure exceptional quality
- Maximum Reach – Intensive dissemination activities to expand project impact
- Knowledge Transfer – Documentation of lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives
- Sustainability Activation – Implementation of sustainability measures to ensure lasting impact
- Impact Documentation – Collection and analysis of impact data to demonstrate project value
Commitment to Lasting Change
The final Transnational Project Meeting in Athens reinforced the consortium’s shared commitment to creating lasting change in how organisations approach diversity, equity, and inclusion in the evolving world of work. Through collaborative effort, innovative resource development, and steadfast dedication to the project’s mission, the ReWork Project is setting new standards for inclusive practice in hybrid and remote work environments.
As we move toward project completion, the foundations laid and resources created will continue to benefit organisations and workers across Europe and beyond, contributing to more equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplaces for generations to come.
