
10 Feb. New Training Program Launch: Managing Inclusion in Hybrid and Remote Workplaces (ReWork Project)
We are thrilled to announce that CEFI, as a partner in the Erasmus+ funded ReWork Project, has just launched a new face-to-face training program designed to help organizations embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hybrid and remote work environments.
This initiative responds to the growing need to make inclusion a lived reality for all workers—no matter where they work from.
What Is the ReWork Training Program?
The ReWork training is a three-day in-person training curriculum created for HR professionals, team leaders, DEI practitioners, and anyone involved in shaping inclusive workplace policies.
It equips participants with the tools, strategies, and real-world scenarios to:
- Identify and dismantle unconscious biases
- Build inclusive communication practices
- Lead diverse teams in digital work settings
- Create measurable inclusion goals using the OKR framework
Overview of the 3-Day Curriculum
🔹 Day 1 – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Hybrid and Remote Work
- Understand the challenges underrepresented employees face in digital environments
- Explore key concepts: unconscious bias, microaggressions, intersectionality
- Engage in practical exercises like “Two Truths and a Lie”
- Create an OKR-based action plan for inclusive transformation
🔹 Day 2 – Inclusive Communication Styles
- Learn how cultural norms affect virtual communication
- Practice active listening and psychological safety
- Develop inclusive communication strategies for video calls, emails, and team chats
- Use inclusive, gender-neutral language and overcome time zone & tech barriers
🔹 Day 3 – Leading Diverse Remote Teams
- Train leaders to foster psychological safety and trust
- Explore inclusive leadership styles (transformational, servant, democratic)
- Apply practical techniques to address underrepresentation in leadership and bias in performance reviews
- Design strategies for long-term inclusive cultural change
