This interactive, face-to-face training brought together a diverse group of participants including <strong>HR professionals<\/strong>, <strong>postgraduate students in Organizational Psychology employed in various HR roles within corporations<\/strong>, <strong>SME leaders<\/strong>, and individuals from <strong>underrepresented communities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Diverse Audience, A Rich Dialogue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The training sessions were designed to promote practical reflection and real-world application.
