Wir glauben, dass wir Organisationen dabei helfen k\u00f6nnen, integrative und moderne Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu schaffen, an denen jeder sein authentisches Selbst zum Ausdruck bringen und sich entfalten kann, an denen sich jeder gesehen und gesch\u00e4tzt f\u00fchlen kann und in der Lage ist, sein einzigartiges Selbstwertgef\u00fchl zu zeigen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Warum wir CEFI gegr\u00fcndet haben<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach so vielen Jahren Erfahrung hatten wir, genau wie viele andere Frauen mittleren Alters, das Gef\u00fchl, dass wir mit unserer beruflichen T\u00e4tigkeit nicht so zufrieden sind, obwohl wir eine sehr erfolgreiche berufliche Laufbahn hinter uns haben und unseren Job lieben. Wir waren der festen \u00dcberzeugung, dass uns das Bed\u00fcrfnis fehlt, durch unsere Arbeit einen sinnvollen Einfluss zu haben, etwas zur\u00fcckzulassen und das, was wir lehren, in die Praxis umzusetzen. Und wir hatten auch das Gef\u00fchl, dass wir es schaffen k\u00f6nnten!<\/p>\n<p>Wir wissen, dass ED&amp;I in Griechenland erhebliche Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigt, damit die notwendigen Ver\u00e4nderungen f\u00fcr alle Menschen stattfinden k\u00f6nnen, die menschenzentrierte, respektvolle, gerechte und nachhaltige Arbeitspl\u00e4tze w\u00fcnschen und verdienen. Wir wissen, dass ED&amp;I in den meisten L\u00e4ndern nicht nur Unterst\u00fctzung braucht, um an der Oberfl\u00e4che zu kratzen, sondern auch, um bl\u00fchende Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu schaffen, an denen sich alle Menschen gesehen und wertgesch\u00e4tzt f\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir wissen, wie viel Unterst\u00fctzung Personalmanager ben\u00f6tigen, um transformative L\u00f6sungen, Strategien und Praktiken sowie Ver\u00e4nderungen in Denkweisen und Verhaltensweisen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zu schaffen. Wir wissen, wie viel Unterst\u00fctzung Personalmanager ben\u00f6tigen, um Vertrauen, Respekt und eine menschliche Verbindung zu ihren Mitarbeitern \u00fcber alle Unterschiede hinweg aufzubauen. Wir wissen, wie viel Unterst\u00fctzung F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte ben\u00f6tigen, um gerechte und gleichberechtigte Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu schaffen, an denen sich alle entfalten k\u00f6nnen. Wir wissen, wie viel Unterst\u00fctzung jeder benachteiligte und marginalisierte Einzelne am Arbeitsplatz braucht, um erfolgreich zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind hier, um diese Unterst\u00fctzung zu leisten. Jeder von uns als Mitbegr\u00fcnder von CEFI hat eine pers\u00f6nliche Diversit\u00e4tsgeschichte zu erz\u00e4hlen, die unser Interesse an dieser Arbeit und unseren Wunsch pr\u00e4gt, etwas zu bewirken und einen st\u00e4rkeren Einfluss auf unsere Gemeinschaften zu haben.
