Aus unseren umfangreichen Studien und unserer beruflichen Praxis haben wir 5 Hauptpriorit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr DE&amp;I im Jahr 2023 identifiziert, die von Organisationen angegangen werden m\u00fcssen, wenn sie die gew\u00fcnschten integrativen Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen wollen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#1 F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen DE&amp;I-Bem\u00fchungen mit der Strategie, Vision und Mission des Unternehmens verkn\u00fcpfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DE&amp;I ist nicht nur eine nette Sache, und sicherlich ist es nicht nur eine Veranstaltung, die ein- oder zweimal im Jahr rund um wichtige ED&amp;I-Wahrzeichen organisiert wird. ED&amp;I ben\u00f6tigt eine koh\u00e4rente Strategie, Interessengruppen, Prozesse, Strukturen und Metriken, die die Rechenschaftspflicht erleichtern und die Umsetzung von DE&amp;I-Pl\u00e4nen sicherstellen. Ohne eine Strategie kann niemand die Nachhaltigkeit der ED&amp;I-Bem\u00fchungen sicherstellen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2 Verstehen Sie, wo Sie stehen, indem Sie ein DE&amp;I-Reifegrad-Assessment durchf\u00fchren.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWie k\u00f6nnen Sie f\u00fcr die Zukunft entwerfen, ohne Ihren Ausgangspunkt zu kennen? Es gibt viele Tools und Assessments, um Ihre aktuelle Situation zu verstehen, sowohl in Bezug auf Vielfalt als auch in Bezug auf Inklusion und Nutzung von Unterschieden, die verwendet werden k\u00f6nnten, um einen Ma\u00dfstab zu setzen und mit der Planung Ihrer integrativen Zukunft zu beginnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#3 Psychische Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Erfolg der Mitarbeiter sollten alle ED&amp;I-Bem\u00fchungen unterst\u00fctzen.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Pandemie hat gezeigt, wie wichtig nicht nur unsere k\u00f6rperliche Gesundheit, sondern auch unsere psychische Gesundheit und unser Wohlbefinden bei der Arbeit sind, Themen, die bisher weitgehend ignoriert wurden. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen Programme entwickeln, die sich mit der psychischen Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter befassen und das Wohlbefinden aller entsprechend ihren individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen f\u00f6rdern. Nur dann f\u00fchlen sich die Menschen wohl dabei, \u00fcber ihre psychische Gesundheit und ihre Herausforderungen zu sprechen und bei Bedarf Hilfe zu suchen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bei #4 DE&amp;I geht es nicht nur um individuelle und organisatorische Ver\u00e4nderungen, sondern auch um strukturelle Ver\u00e4nderungen<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWie k\u00f6nnen wir als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Organisationen sinnvoll zur Gestaltung von Strukturen und Systemen beitragen, um Fairness und Gleichheit zu f\u00f6rdern und die Ursachen von Ungleichheit anzugehen? K\u00f6nnen Organisationen damit beginnen, bestehende Machtstrukturen und -systeme zu untersuchen und in Frage zu stellen, die Ungleichheiten aufrechterhalten, und daran arbeiten, gerechtere Richtlinien und Praktiken zu schaffen?<\/p>\n<p><strong>#5 DE&amp;I dreht sich um den Muskelaufbau<\/strong><br \/>\nViele F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Personalmanager verstehen die Notwendigkeit von DE&amp;I, k\u00e4mpfen jedoch oft mit dem Selbstbewusstsein und Engagement, das erforderlich ist, um Ver\u00e4nderungen in ihren Organisationen voranzutreiben.
